Dumien-Serrette
Having deep roots in Cornas as far back as 1915, the Serrette family exclusively farms 3ha of vines. During most of the 20th century, the family was one of the secret grape suppliers to venerable negociants like Delas, Chapoutier and Jaboulet. It was in 1983 when Gilbert Serrette and the family finally decided to bottle their own wines, giving birth to Domaine Dumien-Serrette. The winery is currently under the charge of Gilbert's son, Nicolas Serrette, who has followed his family's footsteps to produce old-school Cornas using traditional methods such as hand-harvesting and foot treading.
