Vinous (91)The 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Lyndenhurst is pliant, supple and inviting. Dark cherry jam, plum, chocolate, spice and new leather are pushed forward in this racy, succulent Cabernet Sauvignon. A wine with no hard edges and plenty of allure, the 2015 will drink well with minimal cellaring. In the Lyndenhurst, readers will find an affordable Cabernet that showcases the best 2015 has to offer, in its peer group, naturally. |

Vinous (91)The 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon Lyndenhurst is a very pretty wine. Bright red-toned fruit, floral notes and veins of tannin give the 2017 a real sense of energy; the purity of the flavors is just striking. The Lyndenhurst is easily one of the best 2017s in its peer group. This vintage has almost 1% less alcohol than the 2016, and a bit more tannic grip, which gives it a real feeling of energy. The Lyndenhurst is a blend of roughly equal parts declassified Spottswoode barrels and purchased fruit. |

Vinous (99)The 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon is stunning, just as it was last year. A dark, ample, brooding Cabernet, the 2018 offers up the essence of black cherry, plum, mocha, spice, graphite, leather and incense. The 2018 has shut down considerably since I tasted it last year. That won't be a problem in a few years' time, but today the 2018 is decidedly brooding. Even so, it shows tremendous finesse and tons of pure breed. It is without question one of the epic, present-day wines for the estate. |

Wine Advocate (93)The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Lyndenhurst is composed of 77.7% Cabernet Sauvignon, 9.4% Cabernet Franc, 4.1% Petit Verdot, 5% Merlot and 3.8% Malbec. Deep garnet-purple in color, it skips out of the glass with lively blueberries, redcurrants and kirsch scents, plus hints of cedar chest, fragrant earth and rose hip tea. Medium-bodied, elegant and lively in the mouth, the palate is chock-full of bright and crunchy red and black fruits, finishing long and earthy. |

Wine Enthusiast (94)With 4% Sémillon, this bi-county white impresses in grapefruit, pea shoot and peach, with a hint of candied ginger on the back of the palate. Consistent acidity refreshes and adds complexity and refinement to the proceedings, with just a hint of oak. |
