Wine Advocate (93)The very young 2021 Malbec follows the path of restraint, balance, harmony and elegance that was seen in the 2019, which I tasted next to it. This is a neatly crafted Malbec with varietal typicity, spiced up with some Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot, always with very careful oaking to respect the typicity of the variety and the place. It's mineral and stony, finishing dry and long. 35,000 bottles were filled in July 2022. |

Wine Advocate (92+)The 2021 Cabernet Franc is similar to the 2019 I tasted next to it and feels like the fruit is darker than the 2020 that I also had the chance to compare it with. It's still young and energetic, with abundant fine-grained tannins and a chalky, dry finish. 23,500 bottles produced. It was bottled in July 2022. |

Wine Advocate (92)The peppery 2021 Syrah - Viognier was produced as a co-fermentation with some 10% Viognier in the style of Côte-Rôtie. It's still quite young and shows closed and austere, balanced, fresh and harmonious, with medium ripeness and moderate 13.5% alcohol. It has grip from the fine-grained tannins, and it's dry and long and feels powerful and elegant in equal parts. 7,500 bottles produced. It was bottled after seven months in centenary oak foudres in December 2021. |

James Suckling (97)A hint of flint and gunpowder with waxed lemon, oyster shell, mango and salted green apples. Quite a textured, saline expression of chardonnay with tangy flavors and a mineral drive. Full-bodied and reductive with phenolic support. Savory, saline and mouthwatering finish. Love the austerity here. Drink or hold. |

Wine Advocate (91)Despite having similar alcohol levels and acidity and freshness parameters, the 2020 Bonarda comes through as riper than the 2019 I tasted next to it. It reveals some earthy tannins and a faint rusticity, inherent to the variety. 25,000 bottles produced. |

Vinous (95)The 2021 Sémillon comes from a high-density vineyard in Agrelo, Luján de Cuyo. It aged for 15 months in used French oak barrels, 35% with a delicate veil of flor. Yellow in the glass with a golden sheen. The nose presents inviting honey, chamomile, cashew and hazelnut aromas against a creamed corn backdrop. The palate has a dry, compact character with a freshness provided by the flor contrasting the grape's natural volume. Ends with a nuanced finish of oak and nut. |

James Suckling (95)Attractively briny nose with some cooked lemons, hot stone minerals, yeast, juniper and a hint of bread crust and almonds. Full-bodied yet bright and slightly phenolic on the palate with excellent freshness and power. Transparent, dry and saline in the finish. Delicious and super drinkable. Drink or hold. |

Vinous (94)The 2020 Malbec also includes 8% Cabernet Franc and 2% Petit Verdot, sourced from Gualtallary in the Uco Valley. It was aged for 15 months in foudres, resulting in a purple color. The nose presents plums, violets, sage and bitter orange. Dry and juicy on the palate, it moves with a nimble flow lifted by balanced acidity. The apparent absence of tannins contributes to its voluminous and weightless mouthfeel. |

Vinous (93)The 2020 Cabernet Franc incorporates a 10% touch of Malbec and originates from Gualtallary in the Uco Valley. It underwent a 15-month aging process in used foudres. It's a dark and intense purple color. The nose reveals notes of ashes and herbs, interwoven with a subtle hint of jalapeño, set against a backdrop of black fruit and cedar. Dry and delicately lean, the palate is tightly structured and juicy, thanks to its fine-grained tannins. The vibrant palate concludes with a lingering thyme finish. |
