Hong Kong
Deliveries are FREE for products purchased on Cru above HK$7,500 to standard Hong Kong districts. Please combine as many orders as you like to qualify for FREE DELIVERY (the first 30 days of storage are free). Delivery to standard Hong Kong districts for deliveries below HK$7,500 is charged at HKD235.00 for the first 4 cases, and HKD55.00 for any extra case whatever the size.
Standard Hong Kong districts are as follows: Central and Western, Eastern, Wan Chai, Sham Shui Po, Kowloon City, Kwun Tong, Wong Tai Sin, Yau Tsim Mong, Kwai Tsing, North, Sha Tin, Tai Po, Tsuen Wan, Tuen Mun, Yuen Long, Sai Kung.
Delivery to the following districts "remote districts" will incur a delivery surcharge. Deliveries to remote districts are FREE for products purchased on Cru above HK$10,000. Please combine as many orders as you like to qualify for FREE DELIVERY (the first 30 days of storage are free). Delivery to remote Hong Kong districts are otherwise charged at HKD495.00 for the first 4 cases, and HKD55.00 for any extra case whatever the size.
Remote districts are as follow: Islands, Ma Wan.
Our normal service cannot deliver the following areas. Special arrangement will need to be made.

Delivery to other wine warehouses
We cannot guarantee next-day or selected-day delivery to central warehouses or other wine cellars as special arrangements need to be made with these locations ahead of time. Delivery to wine cellars/central warehouses are scheduled on the 2nd & 4th Fridays of the month. Public holidays will be skipped. Should you require an earlier delivery, kindly choose a private address.
Delivery Process
All local deliveries in Hong Kong are made in a specialised temperature-controlled vehicle (artic truck and air-con van), between 16-18 Celsius, by our trusted partner Kerry Logistics. All deliveries are handled by staff trained to handle fine wines.
If you wish to change the delivery address or delivery date you may do so by notifying us 48 hours before the original delivery date. Please note that additional charges may incur.

Additional charges
Additional fees apply for any delivery to walk-up buildings past the first floor: HKD15 per case per floor. Any gate fee will be charged back.
Macau Delivery
Delivery to Macau is available at a minimum fee of HK$4600 for the first 35 units and HK$75 extra for each additional unit.
