James Suckling (94)
I like the bitter chocolate, oreo and dried earth undertones to the dark cherry and mushroom fruit. Dense and compact, with a full body and firm, chewy tannins. Tannic. Give it a few years to calm down. Try after 2025.HK$3,540.00 -

Jane Anson Inside Bordeaux (100)
Packed full of vivid (there really doesn't seem any other word for it) cassis and blueberry fruits, floral, textural and nuanced. Cabernet Sauvignon signature mix of crushed rocks, mint, crayon and slate, just a brilliant wine and a reflection of its exceptional site. This is elegant and precise while still delivering muscular, powerful flavours. I first tasted it at the property last November, and it's reassuring to see it make exactly the same impression when retasted back in Bordeaux, away from the awe-inspiring landscape. Harvest September 10 through to October 23. David Cilli winemaker, director Will Harlan.HK$8,835.00 -
James Suckling (95)
Pungent nose of violets, amarena cherries, dried figs and lightly charred oak. Some toffee notes emerge with air, together with more pressed flowers. Not so much full-bodied as full-flavored, with silky, fine and polished tannins. Very young and driven at the moment. Lacks the depth and complexity of more fortunate vintages, but still shows exceptional quality. Try from 2024.HK$3,895.00 -
(6x75cl) 2020Jeb Dunnuck (94)
Composed of a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, and Petit Verdot, the 2020 Il Pino di Biserno is fresh and energetic within a rich profile. Offering pure aromas of cassis, tobacco, delicate smoke, and pencil lead, the palate is plush and open, with a bit of iron richness, full body, and a round texture without being heavy. Generous with black plum, mocha, cedar, and pine resin, its fleshy and warming style is fresh and open now.HK$9,491.15 -
Wine Advocate (92)
The 2017 Trinite Estate Acaibo is a blend of 75% Cabernet Sauvignon, 13% Cabernet Franc and 12% Merlot. It has a medium to deep ruby-purple color and very pretty, youthful nose of violet, warm black cherry compote, black plum, red cherry, redcurrant and aniseed with a streak of iron/graphite and an understated frame of new oak. Medium to full-bodied, it’s very lushly fruited in the mouth, giving up red fruit sparks and oodles of mineral nuance, with firm, chewy tannins and juicy acidity, finishing long. This needs more time in bottle.HK$2,280.00 -
