Wine Advocate (93)The 2016 Cote Rotie shows lovely black cherry and dark berry fruit. It's medium to full-bodied, with a rich, supple mouthfeel and a long, silky finish. It's not the most nuanced Côte Rôtie out there, but it's certainly satisfying, and it should continue to gain complexity over the next decade or so. |

Wine Advocate (93)In contrast to the sullen 2018, Jamet's 2017 Cote Rotie Terrasses is more open at the moment, with attractive notes of strawberry and raspberry compote framed by velvety tannins. It's full-bodied, with enough stuffing to carry it at least another decade, probably longer. |
