Kerin O'Keefe (97)
Camphor, forest berry, dark spice and new leather aromas form the enticing nose. Elegantly structured and radiant, the linear, vibrant palate delivers ripe red cherry, pomegranate, ground clove and peppercorn set against a backbone of bright acidity and taut, fine-grained tannins. What a beauty.HK$3,065.00 -
Kerin O'Keefe (97)
Aromas of ripe dark-skinned berry, blue flower, camphor and pipe tobacco form the enticing nose on the gorgeous 2019 Brunello from Argiano. Delicious and elegantly structured, the palate also has captivating, youthful tension that lifts mature black cherry, raspberry compote, blood orange, licorice and dried herb. A backbone of firm, refined tannins provide support while bright acidity keeps it perfectly balanced.HK$2,700.00 -
James Suckling (99)
Very complex aromas of fresh flowers, blackberries and black licorice follow through to a full body, integrated tannins and a long and linear finish. Focused and racy. The tannins are so polished. Better in 2022, but already such a joy to try.HK$3,580.00 -
James Suckling (94-95)
A focused and tight red with a currant, blackberry and mineral character. Medium to full body with tight and pretty tannins. Shows class in this vintage.HK$3,400.00 -
James Suckling (96)
Profound nose here with chili chocolate and sandalwood beneath the sweet blackberry background. A hint of violets, too. An opulent and densely packed palate with full body and concentrated blackberries. Very tight tannins rendered in a fine-grained and almost seamless way, with a lingering finish. Drinkable now if decanted, but better after 2025.HK$3,800.00 -
Vinous (98)
The 2017 Chambertin Grand Cru is just a glorious success. Vivid red fruit, Morello cherries, wild strawberry and pressed violets on the nose, the aromatics here feel so animated and exquisitely defined. The palate is perfectly balanced with a killer line of acidity: crystalline red fruit, filigree tannins and more freshness than it knows what to do with. There is a sense of "channeled intensity" in this Chambertin and whilst there is no question that it is a 20- to 30-years wine, I felt no guilt in polishing this off in its youth. Tasted at Maison de Colombier in Beaune.HK$24,000.00 -
Jancis Robinson (17)
Cask sample. A bit more focused than the Clos du Château on the nose. Gentle and sweet. Really very charming again with good breadth of fruit and a gentle, surely universal, appeal. Compared with Clos du Château, this has a little more obvious tannin on the end.HK$30,000.00 -
Vinous (89-92)
Green-tinged color. Complex aromas of lime, smoke, nut oil and charry oak. Densely packed and intensely flavored, with a strong lemony component and brisk acids making it almost painful in the mouth. But this has much more middle-palate flesh to support its firm structure than the comparatively bony regular bottling from Ormeau.HK$6,900.00 -
Jasper Morris Inside Burgundy (90-93)
Pale clear colour. A gentle fresh apple nose, this has notable tension on the palate, not a rich, ripe rounded Meursault – but that is not the intention anyway. The attack suggests that this is only just ripe, but the finish indicates that it was picked at a very good moment, otherwise you wouldn’t have this length of flavour. Fine tension to finish.HK$33,690.00 -
Wine Advocate (92+)
A beautiful wine, Ente's 2018 Meursault Clos des Ambres unwinds to reveal aromas of pear, orange oil, wheat toast, chamomile and subtle hints of praline. Medium to full-bodied, bright and incisive, with lively acids and chalky structuring extract, it's an elegant, nicely concentrated rendition of a cuvée that I've always particularly enjoyed chez Ente. I suspect it will develop very nicely with some time in bottle.HK$46,420.00 -
HK$17,000.00 -
Vinous (91+)
Healthy full medium red. Ripe strawberry and raspberry scents are complicated by a note of cocoa powder. Round, plush and horizontal, showing saline and herbal nuances to the red fruit and spice flavors. Not a sweet style but spreads out nicely to saturate the mouth. The tannins are dusty and ripe.HK$30,000.00 -
Burghound (90-92)
A spicy but restrained nose speaks of exotic tea, lilac, black raspberry and a hint of wood. There is a seductive texture to the supple medium-bodied flavors that possess fine mid-palate density before culminating in a dusty and palate coating finish. This should drink well young but reward up to a decade of cellar time as well.HK$27,000.00 -
James Suckling (94)
A tight, pretty wine with blue-fruit, chocolate and hazelnut character. It’s medium-to full-bodied. Fine, dense tannins on the palate give a seamless, silky texture. Second wine of Château Pavie. Drink in 2022.HK$3,000.00 -

Finca de Los Locos is a single, 2.8-hectare parcel in Baños de Ebro, planted with Tempranillo, 20% Graciano and 2% Viura. Paler in colour than some of the other Artuke wines, it has subtle, stony reduction, refreshing black cherry and raspberry fruit and nicely understated oak. Long and well balanced with almost no oak influence. 2024-32HK$1,500.00 -
Tim Atkin MW (94)
A vineyard doesn't have to be old to make great wines, as this 3.9-hectare parcel, planted at 720 metres in Samaniego as recently as 2013 demonstrates. Balanced, chalky, racy and refreshing, with chiselled acidity, understated oak influence, bramble, blackberry and cranberry fruit and a long, tapering finish. 2024-32HK$1,800.00 -
Wine Orbit (98)
Offering graceful power and immense complexity, the wine shows dark cherry, dark mushroom, floral, fragrant spice and toasted almond characters on the nose with nuances of charcuterie and floral. It’s elegant and sophisticated on the palate with exceptional depth and concentration, seamlessly structured by silky tannins, finishing impressively long and engaging.HK$3,890.00 -
Tim Atkin MW (95)
Using vineyards that go up to 399 metres - some of the highest in the Hemelen-Aarde Valley - this estate Chardonnay is consistently excellent. Made without malolactic because of the heat of the vintage, it’s bready, leesy and refreshing, with Puligny-Montrachet-like elegance and beautifully weighted oakHK$5,540.00 -
Wine Advocate (97-99)
Produced from Montrachet Clone vines (what Mark Aubert calls “the citrus circus clone") grown in Rutherford AVA, the 2018 Chardonnay Sugar Shack comes bounding out of the glass with a sit-up-and-beg nose of candied lemon peel, green mango, guava and lime leaves plus hints of honeysuckle, toasted almonds, crushed stones and nutmeg. Full-bodied, the palate is electric with concentrated citrus and tropical fruits and the most amazing tension, featuring a satiny texture and very long, pristine finish.HK$12,492.00 -
The Wine Independent (100)
The 2005 Ausone is a blend of 55% Cabernet Franc and 45% Merlot. Deep garnet-brick in color, it needs a lot of swirling to coax out the most evocative perfume of Morello cherries, raspberry preserves, redcurrant jelly, and red roses with hints of aniseed, forest floor, truffles, and iron ore. Medium to full-bodied, it has a very firm, grainy texture and an incredibly lively backbone. So, so beautifully perfumed, it finishes incredibly long and mineral-laced. This undoubtedly already offers a WOW experience, but I would give it another 5-7 years in bottle to truly let that perfume emerge, then drink it over the following 40-50-years+. Located on the limestone plateau over the town of Saint Emilion, it covers only 17 acres and has been owned exclusively by the Vauthiers (Alain) since the mid-1990s. It is usually composed of 50-60% Cabernet Franc with Merlot making up the rest of the blend.HK$39,800.00 -

The deep garnet-purple colored 2017 Ausone is a blend of 55% Cabernet Franc and 45% Merlot. It sashays out of the glass with gregarious scents of baked red and black plums, wild blueberries and boysenberries plus touches of violets, espresso, licorice and melted chocolate with wafts of iron ore and tilled soil. Medium-bodied, the palate is an exercise in poise, featuring beautifully ripe, silken tannins and bold freshness to support the fragrant multi-layers, finishing very long and very minerally.HK$30,000.00 -
Wine Advocate (94)
The 2017 Meursault 1er Cru Perrières derives from a parcel situated next to Grivault's Clos des Perrières. Unwinding in the glass with scents of musky peach, white flowers, fresh pear and nutmeg, it's medium to full-bodied, layered and concentrated, with fine tension at the core, racy acids and a long, mineral finish.HK$13,880.00 -
Vinous (90)
Good full ruby-red. Roasted currants, cocoa and tobacco leaf on the nose. Suave, broad and ripe, with a savory quality to the red cherry, chocolate and leather suggestions. Closes medium-long and clean, with a lingering savory echo.HK$2,520.00 -
James Suckling (97)
Extremely complex aromas of cedar, mushroom and walnut highlighting the cherry and flowers. The palate is full and complete with ultra-fine and caressing tannins that are truly silky. It’s still very young, but shows beauty and seduction. Try after 2020.HK$5,190.00 -
Vinous (94)
The 2016 Barolo Castellero captures all the beguiling nuance of this Monforte d’Alba site. Dried flowers, mint, pine, licorice, spice and sweet red cherry fill out the layers effortlessly. The 2016 is beautifully expressive and resonant, yet it remains light on its feet. There is so much to look forward to.HK$2,400.00 -
Vinous - Antonio Galloni (96)
Readers will find a rich, flamboyant wine in the 2016 Barde-Haut. There is not a ton of subtlety here, but I am not sure that matters all that much given how immensely pleasing the 2016 is. Crushed rocks, graphite, lavender, blackberry, plum, and violet infuse a Saint-Émilion that offers tremendous textural richness as well as vibrancy. Most importantly of all, the 2016 is flat-out delicious. This is a decidedly opulent, dark Saint-Émilion with all of the elements impeccably balanced. I loved it.HK$4,800.00 -
Presenting the exquisite Baron Otard XO Gold, a sophisticated cognac that whispers tales of craftsmanship from the heart of France. The House of Baron Otard, established in 1795 by Baron Jean-Baptiste Otard, rests within the ancient Château de Cognac where unique aging conditions result in remarkable spirits. The Baron Otard XO Gold is no exception, it shines with an orchestra of flavours owing to its blend of exquisite eaux-de-vie matured in ancient vaults.
This majestic cognac encapsulates a radiant gold hue, with Napoleon's favourite black truffle and ridgeback plums on the nose, seamlessly blending with whispers of honey, candied orange, and Dutch iris. These luxurious notes cradle the palate, graced with a velvety texture. Its delightfully long finish further adorns this symphony of opulence.
The Baron Otard XO Gold is a true connoisseur's indulgence, a testament to the French art de vivre. Indulge in its majesty for an unparalleled spirituous experience.

James Suckling (97)
There’s lots of clove character here, but the fruit really shines through, offering up intense hibiscus, orange rind, cranberries, Thai basil and dark chocolate. Full-bodied and really structured and refined with an agile core of red berries and savory undertones. Long but minerally on the finish. Drink from 2024.HK$2,390.00
