It has the phenolic chew and shape that bring drinking pleasure and add another dimension of experience. It's wonderfully sweet and rich (210 grams per liter residual sugar), with pristine apricot and marmalade notes balanced by bright acids. It is developing at such a leisurely pace it is hard to visualise an end point.
