Vinous (91)
Medium red. Captivating aromas of cherry, raspberry, blueberry and minerals, lifted by a floral topnote. The palate offers excellent cut and precision to the almost Chambolle-like red berry flavors. At once juicy and filled in, this nicely balanced village wine finishes with noteworthy length.HK$9,300.00 -
Vinous (91)
Moderately saturated medium red. Complex nose melds strawberry, flowers, game and mocha. Deeper than the Morey-Saint-Denis Clos Solon; brisk, salty and concentrated, offering considerable personality and sex appeal. This very sappy village wine shows excellent clarity and length, finishing with harmonious tannins.HK$8,430.00 -
Vinous (89-91)
The 2020 Gevrey-Chambertin Vieilles Vignes offers a mixture of red and black fruit laced with blood orange and quince, nicely focused with a sense of energy developing with aeration. The palate is medium-bodied with sappy black fruit. Fine acidity, just slightly confit-like towards the finish that erodes a little of the precision compared to other cuvées, though there is satisfying length.HK$7,025.00 -

Wine Advocate (94-96)
The 2014 Griottes Chambertin Grand Cru has a very intense bouquet with maraschino, blueberry and violets blossoming in the glass. The palate is medium-bodied with succulent ripe black fruit, blueberry and a hint of balsamic, leading to a quite a structured and dense finish that just needs a touch more finesse. I think that will develop with time. Superb.HK$28,250.00 -

Wine Advocate (91-93)
The 2017 Mazis-Chambertin Grand Cru bursts with scents of cassis, wild plums, rich spices, forest floor and black truffle. On the palate, it's full-bodied, chewy and concentrated, standing out as one of the deeper, more powerful wines in the range and concluding with a long and expansive finish. While it isn't as refined as Fourrier's domaine bottlings, if this rounds out with further élevage and bottle age, it's a decidedly promising Mazis in the making.HK$25,855.00 -
Vinous (86-88)
Bright medium red. Black cherry, brown spices and a medicinal note on the slightly minty nose. Juicy flavors of crushed cranberry and pomegranate show slightly tart-edged acidity.HK$2,080.00 -
Wine Advocate (88-90)
Fourrier's 2017 Morey-Saint-Denis Clos Solon wafts from the glass with aromas of plums, dark chocolate and candied peel, followed by a medium to full-bodied, supple and succulent palate that's open-knit and giving but nicely concentrated. It will offer a broad drinking window.HK$10,055.00 -
Jasper Morris Inside Burgundy (89-91)
Fine purple, the nose flirts with breadstick volatile, unless that is the effect of the re addition of the stems. Pure red fruit, some plumpness, nothing overripe, just the light volatility. Fresh juicy finish. Tasted: December 2021HK$5,580.00 -

The 2018 Vosne-Romanée Aux Réas has a detailed, finely proportioned bouquet of red cherry and crushed strawberry fruit. The palate is fresh and almost citric on the entry, with a fine bead of acidity and an attractive peppery finish. Drink over the next 6–8 years.HK$9,320.00 -

Vinous (92-94)
The 2020 Vougeot Les Petits Vougeot 1er Cru is well-defined on the nose, a mixture of black cherry and blueberry fruit, pressed violets and veins of blood orange. The palate already conveys a sense of energy, sorbet-fresh red fruit laced with dessicated orange peel, touches of stem ginger emerging towards the spicy finish. Very impressive length. This is excellent.HK$4,785.00 -

Vinous (93-96)
Bright, deep red. Reticent but highly complex scents of raspberry, rose petal, white pepper, red licorice and mint. At once silky and sharply delineated, conveying outstanding intensity without any undue weight. Utterly seamless Chambertin if a bit youthfully linear today. The very long, rising finish is lightly saline and classically dry. Fourrier told me he has no plans to produce more than 30% as much négociant wine as domain wine in future years.HK$22,455.00 -
Vinous (94-96)
The 2017 Chambertin Grand Cru has a charming, quite regal bouquet with layers of crushed strawberry, raspberry and crushed iris aromas that blossom with aeration. The palate is very refined, beautifully focused with a silver bead of acidity. There is a sorbet-like freshness from start to finish, a gentle crescendo of flavours towards the blackberry, raspberry and orange zest finish that lingers persistently in the mouth. Superb.HK$31,320.00 -
Jasper Morris Inside Burgundy (94-97)
Medium deep red purple with a little bit of spice. Starts gently then it really swells on the palate. All is at the back of the palate with a really classy finish, perfect tension, a very elegant Chambertin.HK$32,150.00
