Nicolas Ferrari is a winemaker with Giuseppe Quintarelli pedigree. Cutting his teeth as assistant to the most prestigious Amarone winemaker from the age of 26, he quickly learnt valuable lessons such as the importance of exercising total control in the vineyard and the winery to produce outstanding Valpolicella. Production is extremely limited with only 25,000 – 30,000 bottles in total each year. His wines have been described as “real thinking wines” (The Telegraph), displaying sensational complexity that is, indeed, thought-provoking.
