Pontet Canet
Rising on a constant upward trajectory since being acquired by the Tesseron family in 1975, Pontet-Canet has long been enamoured for its superb terroir. Located next to Château Mouton Rothschild, it has become regarded as a savvy buy for consistently offering Second, or even First Growth, quality at a fraction of the price. They are also one of the pioneers of sustainability on the Left Bank having been the first major Bordeaux Châteaux to convert to biodynamics, having been certified by Biodyvin in 2010 and Demeter in 2014.

Wow. Minerals, cedar, almost like warm stones in the heat. And then some spice. A wine that's gorgeous, beautiful to taste now, but you know there's so much more coming to it. Will be better in three to five years. But it's already gorgeous - decant a couple hours in advance.HK$8,270.00 -
